Return Process
- 1.Initiate RMA Request
Visit our online support portal and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request using your order number and the serial number found on your device.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, adapters, and manuals to ensure the product is protected and eligible for a full refund.
- 3.Shipping and Labeling
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your package and ship it to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and functionality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
